Eminence Services Commercial

Commercial

Commercial property services in the southwest metro

Grounds care, snow and ice, exterior cleaning, lighting, repairs, and cleaning for property managers, HOAs, and businesses. One agreement, one invoice, and one accountable team.

Who we serve

Built for the people who run properties

Start where you need us most, with grounds and snow, then add windows, washing, and cleaning.

Property managers

One vendor and one invoice across your whole portfolio.

HOAs and associations

Curb appeal your board can be proud of, with reports to share.

Retail and storefronts

Clean windows and entries, and cleared sidewalks all winter.

Offices and buildings

Grounds, snow, windows, and cleaning on one schedule.

Why switch

Too many vendors, too little accountability

Vendor juggling

Five or more companies to schedule, chase, and pay every month.

No-shows and callbacks

Missed visits turn into complaints from tenants and your board.

Snow and ice risk

Late plowing or missed salting puts people and your liability at risk.

Bills that never match

Separate contracts, invoices, and due dates for every service.

With Eminence Services: one agreement, one invoice, and one accountable team.

How we start

Start with a pilot, not a leap

Switching vendors is a risk, so we make the first step small.

1

Site walk

We walk the property with you and note every need.

2

Written proposal

A flat monthly price and a service calendar for the year.

3

Paid pilot

One property or one season. Judge us on the work.

4

Full agreement

One contract, one invoice, and a quarterly review.

Questions from property managers

Still have a question? Call or text (612) 977-3662.

Can you send a certificate of insurance?

Yes. We can name you as an additional insured and send a certificate before work starts.

Who does the work?

Our own trained crews handle grounds, snow, windows, washing, gutters, and holiday lighting. Licensed, insured partners that we manage handle painting, repairs, cleaning, and permanent lighting. You deal with one company and one invoice.

How does billing work?

One flat monthly invoice for your plan, plus sales tax where it applies. Extra work is quoted in writing first.

When does snow service start?

Our snow and ice service starts in November 2027. Sign now to hold your spot and lock in 2027 prices.

Can we start small?

Yes. Start with a paid pilot on one property or for one season, with no long-term commitment.
