One launch offer per household, for new membership plans. Reserving is free. With the pre-season offer, you pay a $100 deposit when you sign your plan agreement. It goes toward your first bill and is refundable until March 1, 2027. The price lock keeps your 2027 plan price when you renew for 2028, for the same plan at the same home. Credits must be used within 12 months and have no cash value. Plans start with the first spring visit.

Do I have to join a plan?
No. You can book any service on its own with a free, written quote. Plans bundle the year, add priority scheduling, and save you money on everything else.
How do payments work?
Members pay monthly by autopay with a card or bank account, or pay for the year up front at a lower price. Customers without a plan pay per visit, or prepay the season and save 5%.
Do you charge sales tax?
Minnesota sales tax applies to some services, such as lawn care, window washing, and pressure washing. Snow plowing is not taxed. Your quote shows taxable and nontaxable services separately.
Who does the work?
Our own trained crews handle lawn, exterior, snow, and holiday lighting work. Licensed, insured partners handle painting, handyman work, home cleaning, and permanent lighting, and we guarantee their work.
What if something is not right?
Tell us, and we will come back and make it right at no charge.
