About
About Eminence Services
A locally owned property care company in Eden Prairie, built on hard work, clear communication, and doing the job right.
Our story
Taking care of a property should not take five or more companies
Eminence Services LLC started in Eden Prairie in 2023. Founder Ryan Bickett loves the trades and believes in the value of hard work, and he built the company to bring that same pride to every job.
Too many homeowners and property managers know the drill. Crews that show up late or not at all, quotes that change, and nobody to call when something goes wrong. Eminence Services was built to be the opposite: one local company, one point of contact, clear flat-rate pricing, and a promise to make things right.
In 2027 we are launching our full set of services. Our own trained crews handle lawn care, exterior cleaning, snow removal, and holiday lighting. Licensed, insured partners handle painting, handyman work, cleaning, and permanent lighting. We schedule, manage, and guarantee all of it, so you only deal with us.
