Eminence Services Residential and Commercial Property Maintenance and Management Services

Join Early for 2027 With Our Pre-Season Offer and the Founding 50

2027 is a big year for us. It is the year Eminence Services launches its full set of services, and our first full season of year-round memberships. To thank the people who join early, we have two launch offers, a pre-season offer and the Founding 50. Here is how each one works.

The pre-season offer

Reserve a 2027 plan by December 31, 2026, and get a $250 credit.

  • Use the credit on any other service within 12 months
  • Your 2027 plan price stays locked when you renew for 2028
  • There is no payment to reserve your spot

The credit works on anything outside your plan, like a deep clean, extra window cleaning, holiday lighting, or a handyman project.

The Founding 50

Join between January 1 and April 30, 2027, and get a $150 credit, while spots last.

  • Use the credit on any other service within 12 months
  • Your 2027 plan price stays locked when you renew for 2028
  • Open to the first 50 members, and pre-season reservations count toward the 50

That last part matters. If you reserve before December 31, you get the bigger pre-season credit, and you also take one of the 50 spots.

How reserving works

  1. Request a quote. Check “A membership plan” on our quote form and pick the plan you are interested in. Not sure yet? That is an option too.
  2. Free walk-through. We visit, look at your property with you, and answer your questions.
  3. Written quote. You get one clear price in writing for your plan.
  4. Sign your plan agreement. With the pre-season offer, this is when you pay a $100 deposit. It goes toward your first bill and is refundable until March 1, 2027.

Every quote request with “A membership plan” checked by December 31, 2026, counts as a pre-season reservation. Plans start with the first spring visit.

The plans

All three plans include weekly lawn care, spring and fall cleanups, core aeration, snow plowing at 2 inches or more, and priority scheduling.

  • Essential, outdoor property care. The basics above, plus 5% off other services.
  • Premium, total property care. Adds a yearly house wash, window cleaning twice a year, gutter cleaning, 2 hours of handyman help, and 10% off other services.
  • Elite, concierge home care. Adds 6 handyman hours in all, spring and fall home checkups, a yearly exterior paint touch-up, and 15% off other services, including home cleaning.

Each plan is priced for your property, plus sales tax where it applies, and any plan can add home cleaning. Current plan prices are on our memberships page, and our membership guide explains each plan in more detail.

The fine print, in plain words

  • One launch offer per household, for new membership plans
  • Reserving is free
  • With the pre-season offer, the $100 deposit is paid when you sign your plan agreement. It goes toward your first bill and is refundable until March 1, 2027.
  • The price lock keeps your 2027 plan price when you renew for 2028, for the same plan at the same home
  • Credits must be used within 12 months and have no cash value
  • Plans start with the first spring visit

Managing a business property?

Commercial agreements and pilots signed by December 31, 2026, also keep 2027 prices through 2028. See our commercial services to learn more.

Launch offer questions

Do I pay anything to reserve?

No. Reserving is free. With the pre-season offer, the $100 deposit is due when you sign your plan agreement.

Is the deposit refundable?

Yes, until March 1, 2027. It also goes toward your first bill.

What if I join in January?

You can still join the Founding 50 between January 1 and April 30, 2027, while spots last, for a $150 credit and the same price lock.

Can I use both offers?

No. It is one launch offer per household. Reserving before December 31 gets you the larger credit and counts toward the 50.

When does my plan start?

Plans start with the first spring visit.
